What is a writer without being a Poet? I don’t mean to demean writers who do not do poetry, but I guess poetry is the artistic form of writing where we often twirl & dance to our emotions & expressions to bring out fluidity and that style which is unique to each one of us. Being a poet means that you are often in love with people & things around (unless we do poetry about sorrow & despair).
I would say, If writing is my first love, Poetry is my voice – a voice to spin a tale within few lines while expressing myself wholesomely.
